Process Lasso can now persist both Efficiency mode ON and OFF, with the latter being necessary for processes that undesirably classify themselves as Efficient. Previously, a user would have to manually mark processes as Efficient each time they are run, limiting the feature’s utility. Using Process Lasso, this setting can be automatically applied every time a process is run. Process Lasso v12.3 adds support for per-process Efficiency mode, a native Windows 11 feature to designate processes as not performance critical.
